Video Advertising Sales Director

The Video Sales Director is responsible for proactively identifying and approaching new Video advertisers, negotiating and closing advertising contracts. This role requires a proactive, charismatic professional, with strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills, strong partnership development and relationship-building skills and dedication to achieving results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Locate potential Video advertisers and approach them
  • Negotiate and sign up advertising deals tailored for the client's needs
  • Support existing accounts to establish strong client relationships, understanding client needs to create additional business.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience of minimum 2 years in Video media sales
  • Familiarity with Video advertising methodologies and metrics
  • BA in Economics/Business Management preferred.
  • Excellent English command, additional languages an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, partnership development and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to work
  • Team player with ambition and determination to succeed, dedication and commitment to achieve results
  • A rolodex of potential clients and contacts
