Video Advertising Sales Director

The Video Sales Director is responsible for proactively identifying and approaching new Video advertisers, negotiating and closing advertising contracts. This role requires a proactive, charismatic professional, with strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills, strong partnership development and relationship-building skills and dedication to achieving results.
- Locate potential Video advertisers and approach them
- Negotiate and sign up advertising deals tailored for the client's needs
- Support existing accounts to establish strong client relationships, understanding client needs to create additional business.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience of minimum 2 years in Video media sales
- Familiarity with Video advertising methodologies and metrics
- BA in Economics/Business Management preferred.
- Excellent English command, additional languages an advantage
- Strong negotiation, partnership development and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to work
- Team player with ambition and determination to succeed, dedication and commitment to achieve results
- A rolodex of potential clients and contacts
